A Personal Message from Ellora Maggs, Founder, Physical Therapist
Are you frustrated by hip pain? Are you disappointed because tendon pain is holding you back from the lifestyle you desire?
Not too long ago, I was just like you, frustrated that I couldn't get the achey pain I was feeling in control. I developed a tendon pain that affected my ability to sit comfortably, sleep on my side and participate in my regular running. This pain affected not only my exercise, but also my social habits and my travel plans because I simply couldn’t sit for more than 20 minutes before needing to stand up. Going out to dinner was embarrassing! In the end, I was simply doing the wrong things to try to make it better. But in finally finding the solution to my own pain, I learned a tremendous amount and have vowed to help others heal themselves quickly and effectively - without spending a year doing it. Your body is an amazing, adaptable being – I can’t wait for you to have as much confidence in yours as I do!
You don’t have to sacrifice the lifestyle you desire over problems that can be fixed. That’s why we made this free guide just for you.
You see, everyone with tendon pain asks us the same questions...
We have good news: you don’t have to “live with it”. There is still more that can be done and we’re here to show you the way.
Most people get stuck trying to make a decision about what to do next. They go days, weeks, months (even years!) without taking action.
The one thing we can guarantee is that by doing nothing, your tendon pain won’t get better.
So the next important thing is to take action.
