A Personal Message from Ellora Maggs, Founder, Physical Therapist
Are you frustrated by knee pain? Are you disappointed because knee pain is holding you back from the activities you love? Do you find that rest and medications aren’t really solving your knee pain problems?
As an avid runner and hiker, I can totally relate to those with knee pain. I personally was suffering from lateral knee pain that limited the distance of my running, and more importantly made me feel fragile or weak. I hated this feeling and was resolved to devote my career to helping my patients find solutions and become empowered after injuries. I have since dedicated many years to understanding the nuances of arthritis, IT Band Syndrome, patellofemoral pain, and meniscal injuries to allow a personalized recommendation for the exercises and activities you SHOULD be doing. At Peak Performance Care, we focus on what you CAN do right now, and build a bridge to what you WANT to do in the future. Your body is an amazing, adaptable being – I can’t wait for you to have as much confidence in it as I do!
You don’t have to sacrifice your active lifestyle over problems that can be fixed. That’s why we made this free guide just for you.
You see, everyone with knee pain asks us the same questions...
We have good news:you don’t have to “live with it”. There is still more that can be done and we’re here to show you the way.
Most people get stuck trying to make a decision about what to do next. They go days, weeks, months (even years!) without taking action.
The one thing we can guarantee is that by doing nothing, your knee pain won’t get better.
So the next important thing is to take action.
