About Us

We are a small and innovative physical therapy clinic that has been established for 10 years. We currently employ 7 people who work as physical therapists, personal trainers administrative and IT staff. The founder of the company is a physical therapist and an instructor for several national seminars and courses. She has grown this clinic from a sole proprietorship to the corporation it is today, and the company is now attracting national attention from other leaders in the field for the innovative approach to healthcare and wellness.

Much of this growth has happened because of the incredible team at Peak Performance Care Physical Therapy. We provide a work environment where our staff love to come to work to learn and grow and truly have a positive impact on the lives of our patients and each other. And simultaneously, we provide a place that our patients look forward to coming back to time and time again. We believe whole-heartedly in on-going education and provide an immense amount of training, teaching and coaching to maintain a highly cohesive team.

We are experiencing continued growth as we have moved into the Continuum building, where an integrative group of clinicians and practitioners of all specialties are teaming up to provide a one-stop-shop for our community to get world-class care. We are looking to add value to our service by bringing in another physical therapist to add depth and additional expertise to our award-winning Provider Team. We have an incredible reputation in town and have an abundance of people ready and waiting for you to serve.

As a result, we are now offering you an opportunity to help us continue that growth and provide an exceptional clinical and customer service experience for our patients that goes way beyond what is offered by most health care facilities. The right person is likely to have been working in outpatient physical therapy through internships or through prior work experience with a track-record of managing a full caseload while demonstrating excellent clinical and customer service outcomes. Demand for this role is expected to be high and we invite you to apply if you feel able to achieve the following tasks and have the relevant skills to do so. We know that real A Players love to be held accountable for high standards of performance, which means the role will come with your own key objectives that when consistently hit, will result in substantial benefits and privileges in your role in our company. Details will be discussed in the interview process.

Role of the Physical Therapist

The successful Physical Therapist candidate will ultimately be helping to achieve the company's mission of empowering and energizing our clients to fully participate in their healthy, active lifestyle by developing a comprehensive solution to their pain and giving them confidence to get back to what they love to do.

You will be responsible for engaging in physical therapy sessions using a combination of hands-on manual therapy, exercise and lifestyle medicine as well as managing patients cases in line with the most current scientific evidence. You will be an integral member of the Provider Team and will contribute to discussions, outreach, and continued learning within the field. Additionally, you will provide world-class customer service to every client who enters the clinic and ensure that they feel looked after and welcome.

In return, our company will:

  • Provide you with ongoing training and support in the field of health, fitness and rehabilitation as well as training to optimize our clients ability to prioritize themselves and achieve their goals
  • Give you a supportive environment to work in that includes working with a team of wonderful and encouraging staff, as well as very friendly customers

This will create an experience that our clients will be happy to pay for, and just as happy to tell others about.

  • Conversion ratio from free discovery sessions to initial evaluation greater than 80%
  • Conversion from first session to full plan of care greater than 90%

  • Completed plan of care ratio greater than 95%
  • To ensure maximum team efficiency and less repetitive workload:
  • Less than 1% of charges entered inaccurately or omitted

  • Receive at least 1 5-star review from social media mentioning your name each quarter
  • In an attempt to create interest in our services from all possible sources:
  • Receive at least 1 new direct referral to Physical Therapy each month

These outcomes are for the purposes of growing the company and nurturing your skillset. If the company cannot grow, there are fewer opportunities for everyone associated with it, both employees and clients.
