Becca Holland, Certified Personal Trainer
Becca is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, with certifications as a StrongFirst kettlebell instructor and barbell coach, and 200-hour registered yoga teacher. Becca views health and fitness from a humanitarian mindset, working preventively to improve clients’ future outcomes. Practicing what she preaches, she focuses on building overall strength and full-body functionality by training in a variety of different fitness genres. Her relatable and laidback approach to fitness reminds her clients that through passion and commitment, you can achieve anything.
Becca grew up being active, playing competitive soccer and volleyball, while also engaging in other outdoor activities. Looking for a way to stay physically active after high school she began teaching group fitness classes, beginning with indoor cycling. From indoor cycling Becca was able to find the true joy that comes from movement and continued to dive further into health and fitness. Teaching group fitness classes gave her the ability to explore and grow truly immersed within the fitness industry; an opportunity that has expanded her views and mindset in regard to working out.
Becca found her focus in functional fitness and believes you should train to live, not just workout. From this philosophy, she developed a deep love for yoga and weight training and went on to complete a 200-hour yoga teacher training, as well as two StrongFirst certifications.
Through StrongFirst and furthering her education, she has been able to meet incredible individuals who have further fueled the expansion of her knowledge base. In completing the Functional Movement Screen level one and two certifications, Becca is excited to continue her education and better her training for her clients.
